* All sales are final and prices are non-negotiable.

* No restocks for items on sale/discount.

* ONLY serious buyers. Strictly, no cancellation of order once it is confirmed.

* Payment via Maybank transfers only.

* First come first serve basis.

* Payment must be made within 3 days after confirmation of order. Please reply us regarding the confirmation of payment. Or else, we have the rights to sell to other potential buyers who can make fast payment if we don't hear any news from you.

* COD: Subang Jaya, USJ & Sunway ONLY.
Note: NEW COD area! - Pavilion KL (Everyday except Tuesday, 12pm to 9pm).

* Flat rate shipping via Pos Laju
- RM 6 for West Malaysia.
- RM 8 for East Malaysia.
(Shipping rates applied to 1-2 items only)

* Postage fee will be beared by the buyer.

* Items cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased.
